H R 911, Stop Child Abuse in Residential Programs for Teens Act. Seeks to require certain standards and enforcement provisions to prevent child abuse and neglect in residential programs. Passed the House 295 – 102.

Nay: Franks, Shadegg, Flake

H R 44, Guam World War II Loyalty Recognition Act. Seeks to implement the recomm endations of the Guam War Claims Review Commission. Passed the House 299 – 99.

Yea: Kirkpatrick, Pastor, Mitchell, Grijalva, Giffords
Nay: Franks, Shadegg, Flake

H R 601, the Box Elder Utah Land Conveyance Act, passed 396 – 1, and the 1 was some Democrat from Florida that we don’t know.

    Would this be considered the Neocon Obstruction voting block? Something for Arizona to be embarrassed by.
