H R 1257, the Shareholder Vote on Executive Compensation Act, passed the House on Thursday 269 – 134. The bill would provide shareholders with an advisory vote on executive compensation.

One question Ms Franks: If the company is in the red(losing money), how can you justify giving the CEO a bonus? Last company that did was Enron.
